Yelan's role

Normal / charged attacks
According to the leak, Yelan's Na sequence 4 will contain consecutive arc shots while its charged attack will consist of a targeted shot that can disable Hydro-DMG. But that's not all, because after Yelan was not on the field for 5 seconds, it enters its breakdown state, which reduces the charging time of your next charged shot by 80%. The said charged shot also allows it as soon as it is fully charged to fire a Breakthrough Barb, which is caused based on its maximum HP massive AOE hydro damage.
Yelan Leaks: Elemental skills and burst
According to the latest Leaks and the description of their two skills in Project Amber, Yelan's elemental ability "Lingering Lifeline" will allow her to run freely over the battlefield and mark enemies during their run. Once it stops, all marked enemies are hit by an explosion that causes Hydro-DMG based on Yelan's total HP. When it is held, the craft of Yelan allows for further sprinting, and as soon as spring ends, Yelan has a 34% chance to get into its breakthrough state.

Yelan Leaks: passive talents and constellations
According to the Leaks, Yelan's first passive talent, Turn Control, to increase its maximum HP by 6%, 12%, 18%, or 30%, depending on the number of different types of items contained in the composition. Your second talent, Adapt With Easen, however, increases the damage of the character on the field by 1% when exquisite throw is in the game. The value is then increased by 3.5% per second and can be increased to a maximum of 50%.

- Winner takes everything (C6): After using your Elemental Burst, Yelan enters its mastermind state. In this state, all normal attacks of Yelan are considered to be fully charged Breakthrough Barb's. Each shot is also considered as a recharged attack and causes 130% of its normal damage. The condition lasts 20 seconds or until Yelan outputs 6 shots.
